CANNY ENGINEERING SERVICES (CES) is based in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR-India) established in August, 2018. We are manufacturer, supplier and service provider in oilfield sector and other engineering sector, our product range is related but not limited to oil and gas sector.

The company is run by a team having 20+ years experience in design and development and manufacturing of various precision engineering products, 12 years only products Design, Development and Manufacturing for oilfield products.

As the team is from Design and Development area, the moto of team is to provide final approved and validated products only to customer. The team is working regularly on improvement of quality and delivery for better customer experience/for continual improvement in customer experience.

Integral Pup Joints

• Integral Pup joints are made of high-quality alloy steel, integrally constructed, forged ended, and features seamless upset construction
• Detachable wing union end connections enable fast, easy make-up and break-out of temporary flow lines
• Eliminates all welds or threads
• Uniform bore for greater flow capacity
• Pup joints are hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the rated cold working pressure
• Available from 2" to 3" sizes, lengths for pup joints range from 1 foot to 12 feet.
• Cold Working pressure 10000 PSI for H2S service and 15,000 psi for Standard Service.
• Integral pup joints can be made available with two models, one is plain integral pup joints, another is pup joints with retaining shoulder, integral pup joints with retention shoulder features specially machined shoulder to prevent nut from sliding down pup joints when held vertically

NPST Pup Joints

• NPST Pup joints are made of high-quality seamless pipeline with male and female detachable Hammer Unions

• Available from 2" to 3" sizes, lengths for pup joints range from 2 foot to 20 feet.
• Cold Working pressure 10000 PSI for H2S service and 15,000 psi for Standard Service

Long Radius Swivel Joint

Available in sizes 2” &3" up to 15,000 PSI

• Long Sweep Joints have long radius elbows for better flow characteristics.
• Recommended for high pressure applications.
• Field repairable and easy to use..
• Available in both union and threaded ends.

Short Radius Swivel Joint

• Smooth rotation without sacrificing strength and integrity of steel.
• Superior hardened ball races ensure uniform surfacehardness and depth for longer life under severethrust and radial loading
• Standard Swivel Joints are provided with API linepipe threads
• Other end connections are available on request
• Material meets the requirements of the ASTM / ANSI Standards.

High pressure steel hoses incorporate swivel joints of forged steel with superior quality hardenedball races and high-pressure type packing units.

• Available in 2” and 3” of nominal pipe sizes.
• Suitable for Cementing Lines, Water Lines, Well Testing Lines etc.
• Available in Standard and Sour Service
• One wing union and one each style 50 and style 10 swivel joints with integral wing union ends
• Available in 2” and 3” of nominal pipe sizes.
• Long Radius Steel hoses are suitable for pressures up to 15,000 psi.

CROSSOVERS

Adapters and Crossover are available in high quality forged construction with threaded, integral & Welded hammer lug union end connection. Also available in different configurations on customer request.

Flanges

Manufacturer of various types of Flanges and pipe fittings required in the oilfield, Petrochemical and different processes industries, Precision matching and unparalleled dedication to quality excellence which has kept us in the fore front of oil industry. We also manufactured adapters flanges which are available in various bore sizes and with quick union connection compatible, Flange/Adapters are supplied for standard or H2S service and working pressure up to 15,000 PSI.

CHOKE MANIFOLD

CES manufacture a range of Manifolds for applications like choke & kill lines, standpipe and high-pressure pumping in sizes up to 4-1/16” and pressures up to 15,000 PSI. Customized manifolds to specific requirements can be ordered.

Adjustable and positive choke tees are primarily used in choke manifolds, flow thru manifolds and test manifolds. Various forged-body configurations are available in 2-inch and 3-inch sizes, for up to 15000 psi cold working pressure. These Adjustable and Positive Chokes are also available in sour gas configuration.

Gasket

Metallic Ring Joint Gaskets are suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. The Gaskets are available in R, RX, BX styles and in oval/octagonal profiles. We Ring Joint Gaskets fully comply with the ASME B16.20 standard and API spec 6A requirements (where applicable).
